General Rules
Please have a read through the BWF simplified Badminton rules.
Laws of Badminton
Note: Local modifications to these rules will be updated as soon as the total number of participants are identified.
Maximum of 3 Badminton categories per player/participant.
Only x1 Badminton category will be allowed for a player doing a multi-sport participation.

- 3x Category for $95 per player Early Bird
- All late entries will be at $40 per event and total $120 for x3 categories.
- Duration of early bird registration will be published between June – July 2024.
Scoring and Format
TBA – we will confirm once the total number of participants have been finalized.
Draws
- Will be published 2 days before the start of the 1st day of the competition.
- Players will need to report to their designated courts within 5 minutes of being called by match control to avoid default and penalty as per General Rules under sec. Defaulting Games.

Awards
The winners will be awarded trophies and medals.
- Champions Per Category – Medals & 1 Trophy
- 2nd place for all Categories – Medals
- 3rd place for all Categories– Medals
The Federation Badminton Shield will be awarded to the club, society or sporting group that garnered the most first-place finishes across all badminton categories.
